  • Our events are truly elevated experiences where elegance meets enchantment. Guests are required to arrive in formal or black-tie attire to fully embrace the magic of the evening. Cosplay that allies with the events theme is always welcome as well.

  • As our gatherings are limited and exclusive, refunds are not available once purchased.

  • Yes. To preserve the atmosphere of our exclusive event, all attendees must be 18 years or older on the day of the event.
    Please note that staff may request ID verification and deny entry to anyone under 18.

  • Although there is a parking garage connected to the venue, please note that this and all nearby parking options are paid parking. Guests are responsible for locating and paying for their own parking. Additionally, the interior door connecting the venue to the garage will be locked to guests. Please use the front entrance of the building for entry.

  • Yes! We send out seating request emails to all VIP and Premium Admission ticket holders about one to two months before the event. This is where you can let us know who you’d like to be seated with.

    For example, if both guests have dinner tickets (VIP or Premium Admission), you’ll be seated together. If your group includes both dinner and non-dinner guests (General Admission), you’re welcome to join them in the non-reserved seating area once dinner has concluded and general admission check-in has opened.
